Stakeholders' event cocoa & chocolate | 30/01/2018 | Museum Dr. Guislain
Yesterday, Tuesday the 30th of January, important stakeholders from the cocoa and chocolate industry came together to discuss the future challenges and opportunities in the sector. Food2Know collaborated with UGent consortium CropFit to organize an inspiring afternoon, to showcase the broad expertise that is present within Ghent University and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel from cocoa bean to chocolate praline. With this event, it was the aim to set up new collaborations and to tighten the connection between the academic and industrial partners.
